Cotswold Rural Support Workers

CotswoldRural Support Workers ( BIO )
We provide compassionate, non-clinical support to vulnerable adults in their homes and communities. While we are not regulated by the CQC, our team is experienced, trusted, and dedicated to promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life through everyday assistance, companionship, and tailored care.

Day Trips
Our day trips offer vulnerable adults a safe, supported way to enjoy time outside the home — whether it’s a peaceful walk in the countryside, a visit to a local café, or exploring nearby attractions. These outings are led by friendly, experienced support workers who focus on companionship, confidence-building, and wellbeing. While we are not a regulated care provider, we offer trusted, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

Companionship
We match you with caring, reliable support workers who take the time to get to know you, respect your boundaries, and provide company in a way that feels natural and reassuring.
All companionship services are delivered in line with your support plan and any risk assessments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
